Braun Büffel Malaysia is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our premium leather goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the item in its original Braun Büffel box and dust bag, ensuring all authenticity cards and protective paddings are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you obtain a tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned leather goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via your original payment method.
